Ban on shale gas may be in a number of regions in the EU by the end of the year. It is clear from the interview with European Commissioner for Energy Gunther Oettinger, published in the German newspaper Die Welt. "It is absolutely right to

Oettinger promises that by the end of the year, the EU will consider seriously the issue of fracking and environmental protection and will eventually establish uniform rules for the community.
