To get the Australian Government to properly compensate members of the stolen generations and their families.

At least 1 in 4 Indigenous Australians over the age of 25 was stolen away in the 'legal' policies of the Australian Government of 'removing' lighter Indigenous children and 'placing' them on reserves and missions. They were trained to be slaves as house servants or jackeroos, without pay. Many were abused sexually, physically and mentally. The ramifications of the Australian Governments racist policies is teh huge gap we see in social and economic indictators between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians today. It is not enough for the government to just say sorry. This is a tokenistic act. The government MUST properly compensate the members of the Stolen Generations and their families! Victims of racism actions need compensation.

1. The Australian Government needs to compensate members of the stolen generations and their families not just say sorry!

2. The government saying sorry and not following up with proper compensation is a tokenistic act.

3. Indigenous Australian culture should be embraced and revered.
