To help raise $20,000 so Jamie can qualify for a kidney transplant
Our dear friend, Jamie Jordan is in dire need of a kidney transplant. Here is a brief history of her struggle, in her words, "I started dialysis in 1988. I got sick when I was 10 with steep throat. My first transplant was 1989. It lasted 4 years. My second transplant 1998. It also lasted 4 years....almost 5. I had open heart surgery Feb 14, 2003. Pacemaker not much later. I've had many surgeries. My biggest obstacle and big reason to need another transplant is because I am running out of options for a dialysis access. We are going to try my thigh. My arms aren't capable of having a fistula any longer. Ask me anything and ill be glad to answer."
I know Jamie to be a wonderful young woman, deserving of our help. An account for collection of donations has been set up at Regions Bank nemed the "Jamie Jordan Transplant Fund" Donations can be made at any Regions Bank in the US to this fund. From one dollar to many dollars, every dollar counts and will be forever appreciated by Jamie and her loving family. We need to raise $20,000 before her transplant can proceed. If you know Jamie then you know of her constantly upbeat attitude, her ready smile, her encouragement for others, her love of God and family and friends. Jamie is one of the most unselfish people you would ever meet. If you dont know her, then you need to meet her or friend her on Facebook. If you do, you will receive a daily dose of smiles and love and encouragement.
