On December 28th around 10:45 p.m Clay Thornburg, a senior at Cherryville High school was in a critical car accident. He was involved in a single car, one person accident when responding to a fire call. Clay flipped his truck 5 times and was transported to Shelby hospital where he was then flown to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He is now in the Levine Childrens Hospital in critical condition.
The first update begans here: Clay is in critical condition and has a large fracture in his skull, bruised lung and damaged shoulder. They have many special teams working on him. Please Pray!
