To promote HR676 or a similar law to give all U.S. citizens the inalienable right to health care
The United States National Health Care Act (HR 676) establishes a unique American national universal health insurance program. The bill would create a publicly financed, privately delivered healthcare system that uses the already existing Medicare program by expanding and improving it to all US residents, and all residents living in US territories.
With over 45-75 million uninsured Americans, and another 50 million who are under-insured, the time has come to change our inefficient and costly non-healthcare system.

1. Our constitution says our government is to promote life, liberty and happiness. You cannot have that if you are not healthy.
2. Health care should not be a profit making business. That is why we have "death panels" (the insurance companies when they deny coverage).
3. Each person, regardless of ability to pay would receive high-quality, comprehensive medical care, and the free choice of doctors and hospitals.
