To END IMPUNITY to CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY by urging the Philippine government to ratify the Rome Statute of the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, or ICC.
1. Human rights violations including massacres happen in the Philippines with impunity.
2. The ICC is a permanent tribunal to prosecute individuals for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression.
3. The Philippines is a signatory of the Rome Statute of the ICC but is not yet ratified by the President..
4. In order to end impunity to CORE CRIMES, the Philippines need to be a State Party to the ICC through ratification of the Rome Statute.
