To encourage the national media to pause for one moment of silence upon the declaration of death of any soldier killed at war.
If Lindsay Lohan's court appearance knocks regular programming off the air, shouldn't the death of the soldier who fought for that right? This is to encourage the media to if not pause programming, at least provide a ticker on the the bottom of the screen with the fallen troop's name, age, and home town.
