Just a few days to go! The regulation allowing burning native forest wood to gain renewable energy credits in the RET has passed through the House of Representatives. Labor has moved an amendment overturning it in the legislation. The only thing that now stands in the way of this dreadful outcome are the votes of the eight Cross Bench Senators, and it is likely to be decided next week.
