Meet Tokolosh and Katunguru the new Mongoose babies...

Tokolosh and Katunguru are the new baby names for the November 2017 Tsebokolodi group litter. They are both very well and following the group away from the burrow to get food now. They have been weaned from their mother and dominant female Tsebokolodi now and are eating solid food.

08 February 2018 - MONGOOSE MAGIC MOMENTS: Meet Tokolosh and Katunguru from The Tsebokolodi Yellow Mongoose group protected in The Meerkat Magic Valley Reserve of The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project: One of the two babies from the November 2017 litter...the first surviving litter since 2016.

The Tsebokolodi Yellow Mongoose Group composition currently consists of the following members: - Tsebokolodi the dominant female.
- Shongololo the dominant male.
- Impi the second male and only survivor from his litter in July 2015.
- Mzuri the second female and only survivor from her litter in September 2016.
- November / December 2017 litter which emerged in January 2018: both babies are well (Tokolosh and Katunguru).
