GLOBAL MEERKAT FRIENDS become a WILDLIFE PROTECTOR => Applied Global Conservation Through Education => Wild and Free Meerkats and Mongooses and their habitat conservation => Protecting Wild Meerkats and Mongooses since 1993! GLOBAL CONSERVATION THROUGH EDUCATION => create an awareness => an appreciation => desire to learn => self motivated sustainable conservation!
Conservation Through Education is essential - for every person who tells another about the plight of Wild and Free Meerkats and Mongooses and their habitat loss through destroying of their sleeping burrows, pesticides on their food, and the illegal in most areas pet trade we can help conserve the meerkat and it's habitat - all it takes is spreading the word to help achieve our goal.
The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project does not support the unsustainable and harmful commercial trade of wild Meerkat / Meerkats / Suricate / Suricates or any Mongoose species.
Or capturing of wild Meerkat / Meerkats / Suricate / Suricates or Mongoose species for pets. None of the WILD AND FREE study animals at The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project in The Meerkat Magic Valley Reserve have ever been fed, captured or handled or experimented with in any way.
Every Wild and Free Meerkat and Mongoose conservation supporter is asked to help spread an increasing awareness about conserving Wild and Free Meerkats and Mongooses and their habitat- being in our cause is FREE and the objective is to encourage CONSERVATION THROUGH EDUCATION - so for every additional person who joins our cause, we are achieving this goal - thank you!
