Back to Designers against AIDS

Do you have what it takes?

Are you interested in helping to make the world a better place? Do you love pop culture and social media? Are you creative and communicative? A wizard with websites, a great photographer or designer, an independent thinker and/or can you talk the hind legs off a donkey? Do you have 8 weeks to spare next year(for instance during your gap year or because you’re between jobs)? Are you in your twenties?
Then you might have what it takes to join one of our workshops in 2012!
Together with the DAA team and 3 other student/interns, you help us develop a campaign, execute and evaluate it, work on a personal project (ideally to do with HIV prevention/safe sex), assist on various tasks at the DAA HQ (going to the post office, shopping for lunch, writing updates for Facebook and Twitter and that old chesnut: photocopying, among other things), go on field trips including museums and cafés, get to know Antwerp and Belgium and think about how you can make what you learn here sustainable and what kind of safe sex project(s) you can start once you return home. Our workshops for next year focus on fashion, social media, music, pop festvials and celebrity involvement and you can read more about them here: http://www.designersagainstaids.com/education_center/item/ihaec_workshops_2012_now_open_and_accepting_applications/
Interested? Fill in the application form here: http://www.designersagainstaids.com/application/
You’re welcome!
