To assist with financial support the two orphaned sons of William Sparkman, the teacher and census worker who was murdered.
Bill Sparkman was a teacher and part time census worker who was murdered in September 2009.
Bill had achieved so much in his life through his work with Boy Scouts, his church, his school and as a cancer survivor but his greatest achievement was as a father to his kids.
This memorial fund was set up to assist Bill's sons who are having to deal with not only the emotional lost of their father but the financial ramifications of now being orphans.
