Card Check Showdown Looming Large

The fight against the Card Check bill has continued simmering over the past few months, and is not over by a long shot. The health care debate has taken center stage in the House and Senate, but if top union officials have their way, the so-called Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) will be next on the agenda.

"We're committed to getting health care done ... and then we'll get to the Employee Free Choice Act in the wake of that," said AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka. "I feel very confident that in the wake of health care, you'll see that we'll get the Employee Free Choice Act done."

In order to be ready for the fight ahead, it is important to stay up-to-date on the latest developments coming from both sides of the debate.

If you haven't done so already, tell Congress to stop EFCA through the Virtual March Against Card Check [http://bit.ly/IGJZp].
