Norwegian authorities have charged Intex-chairman for breach of securities legislation.

Trading in the shares of mining company Intex Resources were suspended earlier today pending a annonserngfrom the company.
Now Intex reports that the chairman Jan Vestrum has been charged by Norwegian authorities for violation of the Securities Act.
These violations, according to Norwegian authorities in connection with the misuse of inside information.
- The chairman is alleged to have acted on inside information, it says from Intex.
As part of the investigation has Økokrim conducted raid at Intex its offices in Oslo.
