Larry Lessig is the ideal candidate to help the Obama Administration and Congress find new ways to use intellectual property law to protect inventors, content creators, and consumers. He recently moved from Stanford University’s Center for Internet and Society to return to teaching at Harvard Law School, and is the author of highly influential books on the impact of copyright, patents, and technology, including The Future of Ideas, Free Culture, Code: Version 2.0, and Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in the Hybrid Economy.
