Back to Save the US Constitution

Thanks to the efforts of my wife Teri, there is now an all inclusive place for Con Con information, education and activism. Please check out

We would really like input, suggestions (content, how it appears in various browsers, etc.) We would also like some help. The site has the capacity to have a national scope with state by state breakdown but we need help to perfect what we have and then take the next step.

In the history of our republic, 49 states have previously made various different types of Con Con calls. 13 States have specifically rescinded all calls of all types. The convention has not yet been called as the adoption of any one Con Con call must occur by contemporaneous consensus: Dillon v. Goss, 256 U.S. 368 (1921).

Ideally, we should work to get at least five more blanket Con Con decisions from the following states: CA, CT, IL, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MT, NJ, NY, OH, RI, VT, WA, WV, WI. We have a battle plan for 2009 in Ohio and we can work with you to form a battle plan in your state.

If you would like to help, please sign up through the stop the con con website.
