Helping kids become self-sufficient in the 21st Century. Build charter schools across the country for all disabled children and lottery for all other children that are safe and secure. These schools are intended to provide a setting worthy of building skills necessary for the improvement and enhancement of each unique individual. Build schools that provide all therapies needed, but not limited to: speech tharapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and music therapy. Serve nutritional home cooked meals daily. Provide a quality education & all therapies needed for children with Down syndrome and other disabilities across the nation, for the purpose of promoting full participation in all aspects of community life. Provide advocacy when possible.

Foundation for children with down syndrome was founded by Fred w. capel/c.e.o. in 1997 fred w.capel started the foundation with a fundamental goal in mind. Not only to provide services for his son travis but for all children with disabilities. The first office for the foundation was a small apartment in phoenix, arizona.
