Back to POST-NATAL DEPRESSION - It's so much more than a sleep deprived Mum

Thanks for your support

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all so very much for showing your support for this very important cause.
Thank you to those who continue to contribute to discussions. You really have helped me personally to discover a lot about myself and my struggles. I'm sure you've impacted many others in the same way.
I think I always knew I was not alone in my struggle with PND. But now, I am both saddened and heartened by those who have chosen to share their stories and seek out advice and comfort others in their darkest moments. An annon stranger can be much easier to unburden yourself to. Thank you for feeling safe & secure enough to share your experiences with us. As you help yourself, you are also helping many others to heal.
Also a very honourable mention to those members who have joined soley in support of a friend, a partner or a loved one. We are ALL heavily impacted when someone we care about suffers PND and it is important to recognise this. So thank you for your love and support of those who struggle with this condition. It's people like you that help us to become survivors of, rather than victims of PND.
I hope you all had a wonderful Xmas and have a healthy, happy and joyous New Year.
Sasha xoxo
