About

What if your spare change could help somebody in a 3rd world
country get a college education? What if all you had to
do was sacrifice a little bit of what you spend on
everyday purchases (ex: coffee, shopping, etc) and leave a lasting
impact in this world?

Meet Davidson Pierre, aka Sonson. After the 7.0 magnitude earthquake in
Haiti, families were left with devastation and despair. The earthquake worsened the already constraining factors on Haiti's educational system, which makes it very difficult for somebody like Sonson to get a college education. Here is where I need YOU. There is an opportunity for Sonson to
attend college this year for 10,000 gourdes, which is only $300 US
dollars. Will you donate your spare change to help Sonson get a college
education?

I met Sonson while I was volunteering in Haiti with an organization
called, "Hungry For Life". We built homes that were destroyed,
spent time in orphanages, helped with various projects, and experienced the
beautiful people of Haiti. Sonson was one of our team translators, he
was fluent in both English and Haitian Creole. It was apparent that the
youth of Haiti looked up to him as a positive and influential leader.
I believe that Sonson is the future of Haiti, and by helping him get an
education we can cause a ripple effect of improvements in Haiti and beyond. Any donation will support Sonson and will be greatly appreciated. All donations are tax deductible.

Thank you for supporting Sonson!

Much love,

Monica Henrie

"All men dream; but not equally.

Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds

wake in the day to find that it was vanity;

but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men,

for they may act their dreams with open eyes

to make it possible.

This I did."
