Tell the US Congress to pass a law that limits earnings of the highest-earning person in a company to a government-determined multiple of the lowest-paid worker’s salary in the same company, with larger multiples for companies that have more workers.

This is called "wage ratio legislation", which limits earnings of top earners in a company to (50+.0003*number of workers in a company) times the salary of the lowest paid worker in the same company.

Part-time workers should be included in this law, by setting a federal standard that defines how many hours a full-time job includes in a year. The hourly salary of a part-time worker would be multiplied by this number, and the result would be considered as a yearly salary for the computational purposes of this law. Additionally, contracted workers should be included in the ratio. All suggested numbers in the wage ratio formula are not final, and are up for discussion.
