Grant 1,000.00 per year to each state/territory for the planting of "Food Forests" in low income communities across the U.S Childhood Obesity is an ongoing and serious issue in our country. A Food Forest is a plot of land set aside for the growth and cultivation of fruit/nut trees, melon and berry patches. 1 in 5 children living in a low income, single parent home suffers from illnesses like Depression and Juvenile Diabetes caused by Obesity. Also millions of Poor and Homeless in our country simply can't afford to buy Healthy Food; because the healthier it is, the more it cost to buy. We need help, and we need it Yesterday!
