The AMPLIFY Project staff has been asked to join Dancesafe's volunteer "Harm Reduction Team" at the inaugural Tomorrowworld (the first international edition of Tomorrowland, one of the world's most popular electronic music festivals) being held outside Atlanta, GA from September 27th-29th.
Following the recent tragedies at Electric Zoo, Dancesafe has been asked to join as an official partner of the festival providing Cool Down areas and mobile harm reduction services in full cooperation with medical staff. This is an incredible development in the way major festivals are dealing with drug use and overdose tragedies plus more importantly shows the need and want for TRUE solutions to these problems.
We couldn't be more excited to have been asked to help keep the over 50,000 expected attendees per day safe, but unfortunately as of right now do not have enough funds to pay for the full travel costs associated with the event. We are asking YOU to help us get our volunteer team there by donating to our cause. The AMPLIFY Project is currently completely donation based, so any donation no matter how big or small with help get us there.
