Help those who take care of our most vulnerable population get paid on time.

The problem is that the county doesn't pay these workers on time. Most have to wait months for a paycheck. The county receives Federal money to pay for these programs. County workers associated with IHSS get paid in a timely manner, why can't these paid volunteers be paid on time as well.
