Even the oil & gas industry agrees that reducing methane emissions has been highly successful in Colorado and North Dakota where same rules are in effect. Survey of CO O&G industry reps found 7 of 10 believed the same rule in CO was of greater benefit than cost. Benefits include recapturing gas for more profit. Benefits to oil field workers too, with added jobs in a time of low oil prices.
