A joint resolution approving the location of a memorial to commemorate and honor the members of the Armed Forces who served on active duty in support of Operation Desert Storm or Operation Desert Shield.
Remembrance to all the men and women who have selflessly served their fellow man.
They that sacrifice for our country are worthy to be recognized and honored and yes this should be approved and done!
This has already passed the House. It helps provide a commemorative area for veterans of Desert Storm adn Desert Shield somehwere in DC's Commemorative areas. It's a respectful gesture and one that I encourage.
