Veterans Small Business Enhancement Act of 2015

Official Title

A bill to amend the Small Business Act to direct the task force of the Office of Veterans Business Development to provide access to and manage the distribution of excess or surplus property to veteran-owned small businesses.

Summary

Veterans Small Business Enhancement Act of 2015 This bill amends the Small Business Act to direct the Small Business Administration (SBA) to give access to and manage the distribution of U.S-owned surplus property, including foreign excess personal property returned to a state for handling as surplus property, to small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans, pursuant to a memorandum of understanding between the SBA and the head of the state agency for surplus properties.

    This give veteran owned businesses an unfair advantage. Look at all the other advantages given to veterans and they add up to mountain of benefits. The average business owner starting out is well behind the 8 ball with of those advantages. Foreigners get government backed loans and income tax write-offs. So the average small business owner is at a huge disadvantage because of the government.
