Obama's Executive Orders on immigration is unlawful. PERIOD! Obama just can't decide that Congress isn't doing it's job and offers illegals immunity. Only in America..I mean Venezuela, can this happen.

Obama has thumbed his nose at our Constitution and our very Republic system of government and is endangering our national security, public health and safety, and the American economy through his reckless and illegal disregard for our immigration laws! He defies the courts and takes punitive action against the states that oppose his agendas. And I say "SHAME ON CONGRESS FOR YOUR HISTORY OF CAVING TO THE DEMANDS OF THIS LAWLESS PRESIDENT!" Make E-Verify mandatory for all U.S. employers to eliminate the jobs magnet. 2. Complete the Congressionally-mandated biometric entry/exit system to track non-immigrant visitors to the U.S. 3. End the practice of birthright citizenship for illegal aliens and foreign visitors. 4. Require state and local law enforcement to report affirmatively all non-citizens in custody to ICE, make ICE detainers mandatory, and require ICE to pick up and remove deportable aliens. 5. Expand expedited removal to include all illegal aliens with criminal convictions. 6. End catch-and-release of illegal aliens by requiring that they be detained until removal. 7. Deny immigrant and nonimmigrant visas to nations that refuse to repatriate their citizens. 8. Reform the judicial process in immigration courts, including restricting relief from removal, to expedite the process and reduce the backlog of cases. 9. Restrict asylum to the internationally recognized definition of those who are unable to be returned to the home country due to a well-founded fear of (state) persecution due to race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. 10. The president is not doing this to really help America. He is doing this for one thing only. Votes for the Democratic Party. This will destroy American jobs and security.

The Obama Administration has not only manipulated the nations security and safety but it's manipulated congress as well. The Obama administration has granted amnesty to an abundant amount of illegal immigrants that cheat and devalue our comprehensive system EVERY SINGLE DAY. ITS ACTUALLY SCARY! If Barack Obama has implemented these executive orders exploiting our safety and our national security, he is simply exemplifying himself as a truly cold hearted individual for our nations national security. When you steal gum or a tooth brush, or any object with low value from a convenience store, you are read your Miranda rights and before you know it possibly behind bars. However, if you commit (((A FEDERAL LAW))) by climbing over a national border you are immediately granted amnesty by the federal left wing government like you never committed anything what so ever. There is something very wrong here. So I guess if you climb over a fence and yes portions of our border is completely disgraceful, and commit a federal law you are granted amnesty. So if I steal a toothbrush I should be granted amnesty to, I MEAN IT THE SAME PRINCIPLE (and I'm not saying to commit a crime it just dose not make sense). The point being is, our legislative branch establishes laws that are practically overturned by the executive branch (Obama Administration) that results in a fiasco of protecting our nation regarding national security. In other words, we have immigration laws that are not enforced and that is not okay. A large portion of illegal immigrants are just pouring into our nation and committing crimes. I'm sure you are aware that we Americans are paying our tax dollars for these criminals to be held in our federal prisons!! ITS A DISGRACE AND A COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT THAT MAKES OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LOOK FOOLISH AND MAKE US CITIZENS LOOK FOOLISH AS WELL NOT TRYING TO MAKE A CHANGE. We cannot afford this unorganized mess anymore. In this election our commander in Chief must bring new legislation to Washington to greatly influence and stabilize our immigration policies AND GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. For those truly cooperative legal immigrants reading this. I truly respect of how you understand the proper steps of claiming citizenship for your self. And I'm sorry you have to wait years to get your citizenship in a legal matter and have to wait years while you watch illegal immigrants get their citizenship once they have a child. ITS NOT FAIR TO YOU! THE ISSUE WILL BE DIFFUSED. Let's bring new legislation to Washington in which our immigration laws are stabilized to STOP ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Not a chance. Constitutionality is a virtue that should always be honored. Any legislation otherwise is shameful, at best and dangerous, borderline treasonous at worst.

Way too many executive orders going on, way too much centralization of power. We need presidents that work inside and alongside government, not side step and overthrow

Executive Orders need to be abolished! They are not ever required. One person does not own America!
