    This is so stupid. Why are you wasting time reaffirming current laws? Of course, non-US Citizens should not vote, nor do they. How would they even get on the voter registration lists? Why don't you Representatives do something truly of value, like impeach our Liar in Chief, mentally unstable POTUS?
