Sanctuary Cities are encouraging civil disobedience. Liberals pick and choose which laws they want enforced. When same sex marriage was ILLEGAL, they didn't like that law. So they got the Supreme Court to do some Judicial activism. How about if some cities were sanctuary cities against same sex marriage? Or how about sanctuary cities against abortion? The liberals wouldn't allow that. Liberals that support sanctuary cities are a bunch of hypocrites.
