they are screwing us all of them how else did they go from a million dollar company to a company worth billions and enough cash to buy each other out for over 30 billion they are screwing us big time now go prove it

While pharmacies facing substantive allegations of fraud need to be investigated, suspending payments to them under Medicare prescription drug plans goes too far and won't serve as a deterrent.

In the US, there is a burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt that must be considered. A credible allegation is still just an allegation. Until fraud has been investigated and proven, then payments to these pharmacies should continue.

Medicare deems writing the wrong number in a code as fraud. No it's a mistake. Although I'm not in favor of big pharmacies this is going to hurt the small pharmacy. They deserve due process.

So now we are going to jail people who have been accused of wrongdoing without due process? I guess those of you stating approval of this would be okay losing a business or going to jail on an accusation. Thought not. Use your heads and think before writing.

What happened to innocent until proven guilty. It might be the most honest the bad guys are, while under investigation.
Not without Proof of fraud, if they are accused of fraud then there should be an investigation to prove it. If it is proven they committed fraud and they should be close down.
Accused? No. If they are indited on charges of fraud, then they should be suspended in escrow, until such time as guilt or innocence is determined.
This will only hurt the beneficiary of a federal drug plan.

If a senior loses out on necessary medicine and it leads to death, I believe that is more a moral tragedy than money being stolen from customers.
I am concerned that actual patients who need the drugs may be more immediately affected. Fine the fraudulent but do not cripple delivery to the patients reliant.
There is a huge difference between accused and convicted. This bill is trash the way it's written.
Absolute no! ACCUSED is not enough. Not proven guilty is not guilty.
