Please oppose this horrific bill! This legislation would undermine state laws, gut animal-cruelty laws across the country, and strip the authority of states to protect animals from abuse and consumers from unsafe food.

This legislation takes away states' ability to enact animal welfare laws, including regulations on factory farming and sales of horse and dog meat. Unacceptable.

This act will destroy local farming assistance and regulations and take more jobs from hard working farmers and ranchers. It also over-reaches into states rights.

This bill will allow “producers” to treat animals any way they please and gives them protection from the government to do so! The welfare of animals is at risk! The food you eat can be “produced” any way a manufacturer wants. THIS BILL IS DISGUSTING!!! All you have to do is use your brain and VOTE NO!!!
