Do Federal Agencies Need an Independent Program to Cut Out Workplace Discrimination?

This bill increases federal agencies’ ability to take action against discrimination and retaliation. Everyone deserves to feel safe in the workplace, especially when they are reporting instances of discrimination or retaliation.

If you simply look around without preconceptions, you see discrimination everywhere. We must continue to combat it relentlessly.

Discrimination and retaliation in the workplace are bad things, yes. But part of the reason that they exist is because the government is so bloated. Creating more bureaucracy isn’t the answer.

I have complained many times about overreach by the federal government, a.k.a. the Nanny State or Uncle Sam. For decades, the Communists and other atheists have been waging a relentless war against Christianity in this country. They have managed to get the State to try to take God's place in the hearts and minds of the American people! They are trying to convince us that they need the POWER (their primary objective) to stamp out evil practices in our society. They want you to believe that you must give them MORE power, so they can take CARE of all of us.
Well, guess what! If the government had not allowed God, the Bible, and prayer to be taken out of our schools and other public institutions, and INSTEAD had given us complete freedom of religion in America (which is the intent of the Constitution), there would be less evil being committed against our fellow man! God addresses all of those evils in the Bible and says what we need to do about them.
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
(II Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV)
And God is not swayed by lobbyists or fickle public opinion! He doesn't change His mind about an issue if it seems politically expedient. He doesn't need to engage in Machiavellian schemes or fight tooth and nail for power. He already IS omnipotent, as well as omniscient. And unlike our government, God truly DOES love us!
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16 NKJV)
When has your government ever showed you that it cares about you that much?!

We dont need an entire government agency for something like this.
Hiring or promoting works based on race, religion, sexual preference or and other reason other than merit, education, work effort and experience hurts those of us who put the time and effort in to advance.
This invasion of commerce is one more overreach of our government in areas it does not belong, a
If "We The People"are always having to police ourselves, then the same should apply to ANYONE working on taxpayer dollars. At this point I DON'T trust ANYONE in Washington D.C.. We need to have a group of individuals NOT associtaed with the Government in any way to keep a check on ALL FEDERAL AGENCIES.
All these "independent " programs do is suck off funds. They do not affect behavior or attitudes.
I don't see workplace discrimination being such a huge problem to where it needs a program to eliminate the issue. It's not really worth the time and resources for the program to be created.
These protections already exist no need to waste time or money duplicating.
