    This resolution is a well intentioned but ill concieved ammendment to the constitution. If voters are unsatisfied with their representation, they already have the means to limit the number of terms served by representatives by voting them out. Forcible removal has the potential to destabilize the legislative process and unduly promote unqualified legislators.     Lack of term limits in Congress leads to representatives who are more concerned with getting re-elected than accurately representing the will of their constituents.
