The Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments in the case determining Trump's ballot eligibility.
The suit argues that under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, Trump should be barred from holding office as a previously sworn-in official who engaged in insurrection.
Meanwhile, a Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled against Trump's immunity claim in the federal election interference case.

Jennifer Crumbley, mother of school shooter, found guilty of manslaughter
In a landmark decision, a jury has found Jennifer Crumbley - mother of Michigan school shooter Ethan Crumbley - guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
This verdict distinguishes Jennifer Crumbley as the first parent in the U.S. to be held criminally liable for a mass school shooting perpetrated by their child. Ethan Crumbley killed four students at his high school in 2021.
