A mass shooting at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia, has left six dead, and multiple injured, according to police.
The suspect, a man believed to be the store manager, opened fire in the megastore before turning the gun on himself.
The U.S. has recorded more than 600 mass shootings this year, according to the Gun Violence Archive.
The Colorado Springs LGBTQ+ Nightclub Shooting - Hate Crimes Continue to Rise
On Saturday, Nov. 19th, five people were killed and 25 wounded in a mass shooting at an LGBTQ+ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
LGBTQ+ community members, allies, and activists are urging lawmakers to start actively fighting against the uptick in anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric and legislation and to start protecting the community.
President Joe Biden on Monday participated in the annual White House turkey pardon, granting a reprieve to Chocolate and Chip.
Chocolate and Chip will retire to North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, after their visit to the White House.
