I am far and away from being one of President Trump’s biggest fans, but part of that rationale comes from a basic premise that I happen to adhere to. It is unfair to judge the efficacy of any President too soon following the end of his term. My high school teachers used to give it a 10 year rule before historians are to accurately judge the worth and placement of a President in comparison with others. To be honest- I am most certainly farther to the left of President Trump on the economic left-right scale. And far more libertarian on the authoritarian-anarchic index. But one thing I can agree on is this- we are not cognizant of recognizing the rights that others have regarding freedom of assembly and expression- and while I do not agree with basically any of the conspiracy theorists devoted to Trump- it’s sickening how much someone even like myself can vilify them. Ummm as many others have looked at the repeated videos on tv from the attack on 1/6….they were domestic terrorists. Plan and simple! While I agree the Constitution does not provide legal means to disqualify a person. confirmed as President by the Senate, I do not agree that there is not evidence of widespread fraud.
