I get so angry whenever I think of children, certainly those in elementary and intermediate schools, having to wear masks to return to schools. If the adults that work at these schools are all vaccinated and the risks of COVID on children is barely measurable, what is the reasoning for making children miserable forcing them into compliance?! I would be SO angry as a student that it would definitely impact my ability to concentrate not to speak of the discomfort and lack of oxygen for extended periods of time. Have we lost all reason?! If I didn’t hate the teacher’s union before, I do now. They have an inordinate amount of power. That too makes me bristle. Who do they think they are?! What rights do they have over our children.

We are in a war with a microscopic enemy. If we were in actual battle with an enemy relentlessly attacking our country, by dropping bombs from planes and infantry assaults we would not permit nefarious individuals to push against the USA and urge citizens to do the same. There must be a united push from Congress as bipartisan and call out the nefarious actors in it like Ron Johnson, call out enemy governors like Abbott. Just as Trump has been banned for the danger his words, calls to arms, etc have the capability of causing, these nefarious social media actors are just as dangerous and must be aggressively banned forevermore from social media.
