Dustin Poirier (27-6.1 NC) will face double champion Conor McGregor (22-5) for the third time this season, it has been verified.
McGregor vs Poirier 3 is now publicly scheduled.
McGregor revealed via social media one day after Poirier signed the deal that the trilogy match has been completely booked, and the men will now play on July 10 at UFC 264 Live. The Irishman even promises to demonstrate to the MMA community what "Mac" is capable of.

McGregor, who was knocked out (TKO) for the first time in his career in his last fight against Poirier at UFC 257, wants to reclaim his title by dominating Poirier. He had for many years prior to a TKO win over Poirier in 2014. The American, on the other hand, is a totally different warrior today, as he demonstrated in January when he neutralized the Irishman with kicks and then finished him with punches.
