Biden's $1.9 Trillion COVID-19 ‘Rescue’ Plan
President-elect Joe Biden has outlined a $1.9 trillion “rescue plan” to provide coronavirus relief and enact a number of long-term policy priorities of the Democratic party.

The Biden transition team hasn’t commented on the announcement.
