What’s the story?
- The Commission on Presidential Debates announced on Friday that the moderator of next week’s presidential debate has selected and released the topics she will press President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.
- Kristen Welker of NBC News will moderate the debate, which is scheduled for Thursday, October 22nd at 9pm ET at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. It will last for 90 minutes without commercial interruption.
