Dong Thi Thanh Hien General manager of IMA

Dear Dong Thi Thanh Hien, General Manager of IMA
As general manager of IMA you need to help organise a story to stop rhino horn being sold in Vietnam as it should be illegal. The last white northern male rhino died on the 19th of march. IMA must share the effects of killing rhinos for their horns and spread public awareness to help stop the damaging effects of illegal trading of Rhino horns.

Over the past decade, Vietnam has experienced rapid economic growth, with demand soaring for wildlife products. The diversification of uses for rhino horn and the alarming rate of poaching represent a serious cause for concern and emphasises the urgent need for action from IMA to spread awareness for Rhinos. The horns are made of keratin, the same type of protein that makes up hair and fingernails. According to www.dosomething.org: Many countries believe that the rhino horn is an important ingredient for many medicines. This is false. Rhino horn has the same medicinal effect as chewing on your fingernail’s aka none.

If IMA do this than it will spread public awareness and will also have a vital role changing attitudes and increasing public understanding of the damaging effects of illegal wildlife consumption priority is for the Vietnamese government to show political will in tackling the illegal trade in rhino horn, through rigorous law enforcement activities, arrests and sentencing.
This person should take action as it is the right thing to do. They have the chance to change millions of people’s perspectives about rhinos. They are able to make a difference and it is their responsibility as a person of influence. They are the leading marketing service in Vietnam
Yours sincerely,
Lachlan Harper

Rhino poaching is a serious issue, but a lot of people don't realise that it is. We have nearly lost a whole species of rhino's and it could have easily been prevented. 9,000% is the growth in rhino poaching between 2007-2014 in South Africa. Most of the poaching happens in Zimbabwe, which is a country in Africa. IMA is a leader of the marketing service in Vietnam. They have a huge influence and can easily change people's opinions about the buying of rhino horn products.
