Mr Galoos. Secretary of Fisheries, UK

Dear Mr Galoos,
I have created a campaign on basking sharks, the campaign is about saving the basking sharks from extinction. I would like it if you could crack down on the boaties out on your waters, to stop catching and killing these sharks. You need to start handing out hefty fines and possibly taking their boats. It would mean so much if you could support this campaign as these animals shouldn’t have to go through what they do. They are harmless to humans and humans should do the same to them.
These animals are critically endangered and need to stop being killed now. It is illegal to catch these sharks in the UK, USA and New Zealand and would like you to start enforcing that to the boaties in your area. People run tours to see these beautiful animals and if you don’t do anything about this, they could lose their business. If you do start cracking down you would be helping these people out quite a lot and the sharks.
If you help this will change things for the future generation as they will have the opportunity to see these creature. The people who run the tours will be very grateful and so will everyone who likes to see these animals. This will only change if you do your end and that is to crack down on the boaties killing the sharks. Fine them and possibly take their boats is how you will get them to stop doing it. It is illegal to catch these animals and everyone who does it should get punished.
I think that you should take action for those people who care. You should care about everyone. Start cracking down now or we won’t have these animals for the future. It is your responsibility to make sure this animal’s population starts increasing and no decreasing. The animal doesn’t harm humans and cleans up the waterways. Stop killing it. This animal’s future is in your hands

Signed,

Rhys Middleton

Mr Galoos is in the right position to help saving this animal's life by fining the boaties that kill this animal.

If Mr Galoos is named on the petition and people start to get behind the petition he will feel pressured into supporting the issue.
