Your support will give a voice to those in vulnerable groups who trying to move forward with higher education but denied because either they made made mistakes in illegal actives in sales or possession of drugs and also giving a chance to men who did not sign up for the draft chance of higher education. You can give someone chance to better themselves and eliminate in justice to people that want to become educated on higher level that inturn will improve their quality of life.

Last,I feel that we need to give everyone a chance to better themselves or to move forward from the past. I personally talk to and deal with these types of people on daily basis through my job. They seek change and want to end cycle of poverty and criminal lifestyle but have no means to higher education, for better opportunities because of the policies that are put in place. As Future Health Human Service Worker I am compelled to help change laws or policies that hinder vulnerable groups from over coming their situations(poverty, incarceration and quality of life) . It is my duty to be their voice and fight injustices that hinder their success of change for better life.-Heather Bell
