We call on you to immediately exercise your executive authority to expand administrative relief to the millions of undocumented immigrants who would otherwise benefit from immigration reform. Over 267,000 LGBTQ undocumented immigrants and their families cannot wait for Congress to act when you have the power to end their pain.
LGBTQ undocumented immigrants are particularly vulnerable to abuse in the detention system, and deportation to many countries would put their lives in jeopardy. We condemn the two million needless and inhumane deportations that have happened under your leadership, and we demand that you immediately expand deferred action to millions of undocumented immigrants.

Over 267,000 LGBTQ undocumented immigrants live each day afraid of being deported -- many to countries that criminalize homosexuality. For these individuals, deportation is almost certainly a death sentence. And many thousands more LGBTQ U.S. citizens have also seen their families torn apart as their parents and siblings have been deported.
President Obama has the power to end this suffering, yet he refuses to use his administrative power to stop deportations and give undocumented immigrants a way to remain legally in the country they know and love. We need President Obama to immediately provide administrative relief for millions of undocumented immigrants across this country.
