How this will help

Child welfare professionals are heading to Capitol Hill TODAY (5/7/14) to advocate for policies that help children and youth in foster care. CWLA Advocacy Summit participants will be talking with federal legislative offices from their experiences working with vulnerable children and families.

Couldn't make it to D.C., but still want to raise your voice? Advocate from home!

Call your U.S. Senators and Representative NOW and tell them you also support CWLA's Priorities for Congress.  Find your Senators here and your Representative here and then connect through the Capitol switchboard: 202-224-3121.

Or send them a message via social media! Find your Senator's Facebook page and Twitter handle here and your Representative's here. Feel free to use these sample tweets and posts.

THE MESSAGE TO YOUR SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVE: I am a constituent and I want Congress to make children and families a national priority.
