Sign the Petition to

The Supreme Court of India (which criminalized homosexuality)

It is the view of thousands of Indians and myself that a person may contribute positively to society, irrespective of their sexual orientation. Branding someone a criminal purely on the basis of their sexual orientations is like saying that those who suffer from debilitating disorders such as cancer, leprosy and paralysis have no right to live. It is an unjustified wastage of unique human resources. Therefore I appeal to the Supreme Court to set aside Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, for a more open-minded society to which all sorts of people can contribute in a positive way.

Signed,

Parthasarathi Singh

Dear petitioners,

If this petition gains momentum, the Supreme Court will be forced to listen to our reasonable plea, and the LGBT community will no longer live under the fear of prosecution. They will be able to realise their full potential as human beings, and contribute to society on an equal footing with their straight peers.
