Ed Pastor, keep Teresa with her family!
Teresa Martinez (A# 078-049-598) in the mother of two DREAMers and two U.S. citizens.
She has been living in the country since 1989. In 2001 she was working when an immigration officer stopped by and casually asked her for an identification that she could not provide. Immigration not only detained her but they also went to her home and detained her older daughters. Immigration enforcement released Teresa and her daughters but Teresa's case has not been dismissed.
Teresa should not face the threat of being separated from her family for working hard to put food on the table!
In January of 2013, Teresa was home with her family, getting ready to put her 3 year old child to sleep when immigration raided her home and arrested her in front of her children.
Teresa has been living in the U.S. since 1989, she has committed no crime other than working arduously to provide for her family.
The U.S is her home, it is the only country her children know. She is seeking administrative disclosure and is one of the 11 Million that needs Congress to act now and deliver real immigration reform that will allow her to have a pathway to citizenship and real relief from deportation.
