Water is vital to life on the planet and a key ingredient in beer. That's why Budweiser spent the summer improving watersheds in 20 cities across the country. We were joined by over 1,300 volunteers who removed 20,000 pounds of trash from rivers, lakes, and beaches; planted 5,400 trees and native grasses; removed bags of invasive species; sorted 32,300 pounds of trash and recycling pulled from the water; marked 180 storm drains; and much more.
The result? Together, we helped make America better. And the impact didn't stop there – thanks to the support of the Causes community, the Anheuser-Busch Foundation donated $30,000 to some of our awesome water partners to support the tireless work they do.
Check out this highlight reel of our efforts this summer and for
every person that watches we'll donate $1 to River
Network, up to $20,000.
River Network is an amazing nonprofit committed to improving watersheds across
the United States. Thanks again for preserving and protecting water throughout
this beautiful country.
