We demand that you publicly reprimand and suspend police Sergeant Richard Ernst for his behavior on August 21st, 2013. Instead of "protecting and serving" he endangered innocent individuals by knowing forcing bicyclists into fast moving traffic during rush-hour by parking in the bicycle lane to prove his point.

Signed,

San Francisco police officers clearly don't respect bicyclists.  On August 21st during the morning rush-hour Officer Ernst knowing parked in the bicycle lane on one of the most dangerous streets in San Francisco and forced bicyclists into motor traffic.  The officer, claiming that he had a "right" to be there seemed more concerned with making his point than he did with "protecting and serving" San Francisco residents.  Please sign the petition asking for Sergeant Richard Ernst to be suspended for his behavior.
