Heads of State of 11 Countries

As a result of grassroots pressure, the United States has pulled out of TPP, recognizing this agreement as a bad deal for people and the planet. Unfortunately, 11 countries still plan to pursue TPP.

We urge the remaining TPP nations to REJECT this deal because:

* Corporations could sue governments in secretive international tribunals, undermining the democratic process

* Restrictive intellectual property laws would be extended across the globe, stifling free speech, right to privacy and due process, and limiting innovation.

* Drug prices will rise alongside less access to affordable medicine

* There will be less protections for workers and the environment

* Economic inequality will grow

* Corporations will catch a break from properly labeling genetically modified food

We say NO to secretly negotiated trade deals for the 1%! Let TPP die!

The  US has pulled out of TPP, but the remaining 11 countries -- Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam -- plan to move ahead on plans to create a massive international agreement described by public interest advocates as "a corporate power tool" that will help the 1% get richer at the expense of our jobs, health, and environment.

Tell the Leaders of 11 Countries: Not to TPP!
